Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data All Solutions (the Discord bot and its web dashboard at https://bot.allstacktechnologies.in), operated by All Solutions, collects and how it is used.

1. YouTube API Services

All Solutions uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features of All Solutions you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled according to the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Data we collect

Dashboard sign-in (Discord)

• When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar and the list of servers you are in with your permissions there (OAuth scopes identify and guilds).
• This is used only to show and manage the servers you are allowed to manage. It is kept in a login session that expires after 7 days or when you log out.

Server settings

• Settings that server managers save: channel and role IDs, welcome/leave messages, YouTube channels to announce, self-role panels, auto roles, chat bot commands and uploaded banner images.
• Discord member events (join/leave) are used to send the configured messages and give auto roles; they are not stored.

YouTube alerts

• Public information about YouTube channels a server adds (channel name, avatar, latest video and live status) to post alerts in Discord.

YouTube live chat bot

• When a server manager turns on the chat bot for their YouTube channel, All Solutions reads that stream's public live chat through the YouTube Data API to reply to commands, greet viewers, post timed messages and thank supporters.
• For the points and watch-time feature we store, per Discord server: the viewer's YouTube channel ID, display name, points, approximate minutes active in chat and number of chat messages. We do not store the text of chat messages.
• Viewer display names that have not been refreshed for 30 days are deleted automatically. Server managers can reset all points at any time from the dashboard.
• The bot owner connects one YouTube channel (the "bot channel") with Google OAuth (scope youtube.force-ssl). Its access and refresh tokens are stored on our server and are used only to read and post live chat messages. Viewers and streamers never sign in with Google.

Music and text-to-speech

• Song names or links you request are sent to music servers (Lavalink) and YouTube to play the audio. Queues are kept in memory only.

Cookies and storage

• One essential session cookie keeps you signed in to the dashboard. Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

3. How we use and share data

• Data is used only to provide the features described above. We do not sell data, show ads or share data with third parties, except the services needed to run the bot: Discord, Google/YouTube and the music servers mentioned above.
• Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers.

4. Your choices

• Revoke Google access: the bot owner can disconnect the bot channel on the dashboard or at any time at Google security settings. Stored tokens are deleted when disconnected.
• Revoke Discord access: log out of the dashboard, or remove the app under Discord → User Settings → Authorized Apps.
• Delete data: server managers can reset settings and points on the dashboard. Removing the bot from a server stops all processing for it. To delete any data about you, contact us at allstacktechnologies@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days.

5. Children

All Solutions follows Discord's and YouTube's age requirements and is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
